Luis Espadas is a member of the Management Team of Savills Spain and head of Retail.
Luis Espadas joined Savills in 2005. He began his career in the real estate sector in 1998 in shopping centre management, later moving on to focus on the retail investment market in 2001.
Prior to lead the retail division in Spain he headed the capital markets team, advising owners and investors on the sale and purchase of income-producing properties.
Luis is married with one daughter. He loves basketball and travelling, and his favourite destination to relax and unwind is Cadiz.
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Real Estate from UPV and Nottingham Trent University
- Degree in Economic and Business Studies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid
