Patricia joined Savills in 2019 as National Director of Retail Services. Currently with a team of 70 people, this role includes leading the Management, Rent Management, Leasing, Ecop and Operating Management teams for shopping centres, Retail Parks and factory outlets.
Patricia began her professional career in the Leasing department and later took charge of the Retail Tenant Representation area of an international consultancy firm. She continued her career as a European Executive managing the development os shopping centres In different markets, from the developer's point of view, with projects in Portugal, Italy, France and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Savills, she was Key Account Manager and Director of Leasing.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate market, in different markets such as the UK, Spain and Portugal.
