Customer Service

Savills España has a Customer Service Department that its clients may make use of in the event that they wish to submit a complaint or claim in relation to the services offered by the different companies in the group.

In the event that a client wishes to submit a complaint or claim in relation to any service provided by a Savills España company, they must send their complaint or claim by email to compliance@savills.es, including the following details:

  • Name or company name and, where applicable, representative’s details; ID card number; contact address.
  • Reason for the complaint or claim and express details of the request submitted.
  • Office or department from which the complaint or claim originated.
  • Statement that the party making the claim is not aware that the subject of the complaint or claim is currently being heard in administrative, arbitration or legal proceedings.
  • Place, date and signature.

The party making the claim must supply any documentary evidence they wish to use to support their claim.

The Savills España Customer Service Department shall have a period of two (2) months to respond to the complaint or claim submitted.

If the client does not agree with the response offered by the Customer Service Department and the service has been supplied by the company on a RICS basis, the client and Savills España may expressly agree to submit the matter to:

SAVILLS VALORACIONES Y TASACIONES has a Customer Service Department that its clients may make use of in the event that they wish to submit a complaint or claim in relation to the services offered by this company.

The SAVILLS VALORACIONES Y TASACIONES Customer Service Department shall have a period of two (2) months to respond to the complaint or claim submitted.
