Salvador joined Savills’ Barcelona investment department in 2005. He started out as an office assistant, and went on to specialise in the retail market. In 2014 he was appointed director of retail investment in Madrid. He specialises in advising on shopping centre and retail park sales and purchases. The sale process includes preparing all the necessary marketing materials, identifying potential investors and advising throughout each and every stage of the process. On the buy-side, he carries out the commercial and financial property analysis. Salvador has been a certified member of RICS since 2010. He loves travelling, astronomy and sport.
