James is a senior Director in the Savills Strategic Investment Advisory team. James provides a full range of investment (acquisition and sales) and development services to investors and developers.
James has been a key member of the Strategic Investment Advisory team and specialised in advising International clients for the last 30 years with an extensive track record in London. Since 1991, the team has concluded circa 250 transactions with a value of circa £30 billion and covering 52.5 million sq ft of real estate.
James represents investors and developers in acquisition, development funding, sales and asset management advisory in offices, retail, logistics and hotels.
