Since 2005, Raúl has led a team of architects and engineers in the Madrid office, carrying out both technical property management services, as well as technical and environmental consultancy.
Raúl joined Aguirre Newman in 2002 as senior technical property manager, having previously worked for a maintenance services company. Both his team and company management have helped to continually grow the property management side of the business, as well as technical consultancy and sustainability services. His work includes technical due diligence, works coordination in operational properties and LEED / BREEAM / WELL certifications.
