Pelayo has spent his whole career in the real estate sector, working in the marketing and research areas at Aguirre Newman and now Savills Aguirre Newman.

He works with clients across a broad range of segments (institutional investors, real estate companies, banks and insurance firms, private investors and family offices, public authorities, industrial companies, etc.), generating market studies for the residential, office, logistics, retail and alternative sectors. 

He lives in Madrid with his wife and children. In his free time, he likes going to music concerts and the cinema, and enjoys reading.
