Mònica began her career at a legal firm in Barcelona, before joining Savills Aguirre Newman, where she simultaneously completed an International Master’s in Real Estate Studies.

Since joining the company, Mónica has actively participated in analysing and brokering investment deals, as well as winning new business and improving client relations for the company. She boasts a wide range of experience in preparing valuation reports for various asset classes (retail, offices, industrial, civic) and for different purposes (financing, corporate strategy, asset optimisation).

Mónica lives in the outskirts of Barcelona, where she escapes the hustle and bustle of the city and lives with her husband and son. She enjoys the outdoors in her free time and switches off by reading, playing sport and spending time with friends.
