Prior to joining Aguirre Newman, Gerard worked in the construction sector. At the company, he has carried out a range of projects linked to architecture, construction and real estate, with an emphasis on corporate headquarters, property refurbishments, technical/financial feasibility studies and a variety of technical services related to the real estate sector.

His role consists of analysing, planning and guaranteeing the success of our clients’ projects with relation to offices, industrial warehouses and/or retail units, property refurbishments and other technical services. His experience, market knowledge and methodical nature enable him to tackle each project with the utmost certainty.

Born in Barcelona, he is the happy father of three children, with whom he shares his interests and love for life.
