Fernando has worked for different companies within the world of regulated property valuations since 2006. In 2013 he settled with one company (becoming director in 2014), where he managed to greatly boost turnover and implement new technology.

Fernando leads the regulated valuations division, maximising and providing value for all of the company’s clients from funds and family offices to a variety of clients involved in the sales purchase and financing process. In addition to this Fernando also supports financial institutions, insurance companies and private clients.

A proud father of two, Fernando lives in Madrid and is passionate about the city's spirit and architecture, a place where there is always something new to learn.
