Washington, DC (April 21, 2025)—Savills today announced the appointment of Amy Kaufman Brendler and Jon Glass as Executive Vice Presidents and Co-Leads of the Washington, D.C. Region. This strategic evolution in leadership is designed to strengthen the firm’s position in one of its most successful markets and build the foundation for future growth.
The appointment of Brendler and Glass underscores Savills commitment to strategically growing its regional presence and upholding the firm’s high standard of client service. This transition follows Tom Fulcher stepping back from his regional leadership role. A longtime pillar of the office and a key architect of its success, Tom will remain actively involved in brokerage and continue to serve his clients and team well into the future. The new regional co-leads will also be supported by the firm’s Regional Leadership Council members, who will provide ongoing guidance and collaboration.
“Savills DC has always been one of the firm’s most important and high-performing markets,” said David Lipson, CEO, Savills North America. “We’ve built our success here by nurturing top talent and promoting from within—something that was true of my journey years ago. I’m looking forward to Amy and Jon stepping into these roles and continuing our tradition of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.”
Brendler returns to Savills, where she began her commercial real estate career when the firm operated as Studley. She brings over 25 years of experience, most notably with Tishman Speyer, where she led leasing strategy across 4 million square feet and cultivated deep ties with brokers across the region. Most recently, she served as SVP at CWCapital.
“It feels like a homecoming for me,” said Brendler. “I’m excited to return to Savills with a fresh perspective and deep industry knowledge—and to work alongside Jon and a team I’ve long respected to elevate our platform in DC.”
Glass joined Savills in 2007 as a financial analyst and quickly became one of the DC office’s top advisors. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, he is widely regarded as a rising leader in the tenant advisory space.
“Our office has always had one of the strongest benches in the business,” said Glass. “I’m honored to partner with Amy in this new chapter as we grow the next generation of talent and expand our reach across the region.”
